The property offers studio cottage rooms, all positioned for guests to enjoy the tranquility and surrounding views. All air-conditioned accommodations will provide you with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette. The large private bathrooms come with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Kinross is the official Cellar Door for 5 boutique wineries which Central Otago has to offer, including Hawkshead, High Garden, Kinross, Valli and Wild Irishman. All of our in house guests are invited to join us for a complimentary hosted wine tasting, guided by an internationally qualified wine adviser which will take place at 4.30pm on an evening of your choice. Positive: The location is excellent surrounded by mountains and get to the rabbits, hear birds sing and can watch them. The cottage was quite good and spacious. The facilities and what was provided in the room was good.Megan at the reception was awesome . One other staff I think name was Ronel at the shop was great as well. Both were very welcoming and professional. I had a walk around the village meters at sunset and really enjoyed it. View from the cottage was excellent. Great breakaway place from town and city life.
Negative: Some staffs were quite unwelcoming, one lady at the bar passed the drink in a very disrespectful way. Her way of talking was quite rude. One elderly lady at the reception was not as nice as Megan.

Positive: Amazing staff and we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast and wine tasting, beautiful location with so many photo opportunities.
Negative: We thought that having more dinner options a bit later at night would have been more convenient for us as guests, we felt a little bit rushed in making dinner choices by 4.30.

Positive: Stunning property. Amazing landscape with so many private little picnic spots. The cosy romantic self contained cottages were beautiful. The hot tub was fabulous!
Negative: Nothing (though they forgot to pop robes in our rooms so the dash to the hot tub was interesting!)

Positive: We had a wonderful time staying at the cottages in Kinross. Situated near Queenstown, on a vineyard. Very warm and clean. Lovely room decor and a comfortable kitchen. Unfortunately we didn't have more time to enjoy the views of winery as we went to Milford Sound, but we will definitely come back again :) The restaurant there serves excellent food, highly recommended. The breakfast provided was awesome, prepared with farmer goods. Moreover, this is a dog friendly place, which is really cool

Positive: Location was beautiful. We were able to bring our dog. Room was spacious clean and tidy. Staff were all very friendly and being able to have in-room breakfast and dinner was a bonus. Plus the outdoor spa was amazing.
